Tapas, wine & sangria on Poole High Street, moments from the Quay
Opening Winter 2026, Bodega Poole will bring the third Bodega to a Grade II-listed building on Poole High Street, about a hundred metres from Poole Quay. The building has history and charm by the bucketload — and a ‘secret’ rear courtyard tucked away from the High Street, with outdoor drinking and dining.
Food is overseen by local Executive Chef Quentin Royles, with small plates for sharing made from Spanish ingredients and traditional methods. Bodega Poole works as a neighbourhood all-day venue — long lunches on the courtyard in summer, after-work drinks and tapas any time of year and evening celebrations with sangria, sherry and cava.
Two to three tapas per person makes for the perfect sharing experience.
Our menu is inspired by the authentic dining culture of Spain. Tapas dishes are small plates, perfect for sharing. Typically you’d order 2 or 3 plates per person for a full meal. Dishes arrive fresh from the kitchen as soon as they’re ready.
